When hardscaping is sealed, the sealer fills the cracks and pores in the surface so that dirt and stain-causing substances are unable to penetrate through to the actual surface.

Hardscape Sealing & Restoration Process
The hardscape restoration process begins with power washing to remove dirt, mold, stains and debris from the surface - leaving it in a like new condition.
If necessary, we re-sand the joints using quality polymeric sand. The customer has the choice of the color of sand that is used.
Commercial grade sealer in the finish of your choice is applied to the surface with a sprayer and then backrolled to ensure an even application.
